Solista is built for solo cleaners. We collect only what we need to run the app and we never sell your data to anyone.

1. Who we are

Solista is an app for independent service professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Solista app or visit solista.app.

2. What we collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide the service:

We do not collect your location, browsing history, or contacts.

3. How we use your information

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell your data. Ever.

4. Push notifications

Solista sends push notifications to remind you about upcoming jobs and to alert you when a payment is received or outstanding. These are sent via Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) on iOS and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) on Android.

You can turn off notifications at any time in your device settings. Note that disabling notifications will affect timely job reminders and payment alerts.

5. Payments and bank account data

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. When your client pays through Solista, their card details are entered and processed directly by Stripe. Solista never sees, stores, or has access to card numbers or full payment credentials.

Bank account details: When you connect your bank account to receive payouts, you enter that information directly into Stripe's secure onboarding flow. Solista does not collect, see, or store your bank account number, routing number, SSN, or any other identity verification details. Those go directly to Stripe and are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Client payments are held by Solista via Stripe until you complete bank account setup. Once released, payouts are handled entirely by Stripe. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy for full details on how they handle financial data.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with:

7. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (for example, transaction records for tax or compliance purposes).

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To make a request, contact us at support@solista.app.

9. Children

Solista is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
