By using Solista, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language. Please read them.
Solista is an app that helps independent service professionals manage their jobs, schedules, and client payments. We are not an agency, employer, or staffing company. You are an independent professional using our tools.
To use Solista you must:
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your login with others. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@solista.app.
You may use Solista to manage your own cleaning business. You may not:
Solista is free to download and free to use. We charge a 2% fee only when a client pays through the app. This fee is deducted automatically at the time of payment.
Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment provider. By using the payment feature, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
How funds are held and released: When a client pays a deposit or balance through Solista, the funds are collected and held by Solista via Stripe. Funds are only released to you once you have completed Stripe's identity verification and connected your bank account through the Solista app. Until that process is complete, no funds will be sent to you.
If you do not complete bank account setup within 90 days of a client payment, Solista reserves the right to refund the client and cancel the associated transaction.
Deposits collected from clients are non-refundable once a job is confirmed, unless you and your client agree otherwise. Solista is not responsible for resolving payment disputes between you and your clients — those are between you and them.
Once released, funds are typically transferred to your bank account within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your bank and Stripe's payout schedule.
Solista sends push notifications to help you stay on top of jobs and payments. By enabling notifications, you agree to receive these alerts. You can opt out at any time in your device settings, but doing so may affect core app functionality.
The job and client data you enter into Solista belongs to you. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
We work hard to keep Solista available at all times, but we cannot guarantee it. There may be occasional downtime for maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.
Solista is a tool to help you run your business. We are not responsible for disputes between you and your clients, missed jobs, unpaid invoices, or any business losses. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solista's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the app is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any pending payouts at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with Stripe's policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app. Continuing to use Solista after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
